The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

I want to work as an "Au Pair plus" to fulfil one of my dreams. To be able to work with children, and at the same time learn more about the culture in another country. It would mostly be a great challenge for me and give me a big opportunity to make use of my childcare experiences, and to improve my English skills. And I would meet friends for life. My Interests:

In my home we are seven family members. Me, my mother Maria, 40, my father Lars, 45, my brothers Mathias, 16, and Niclas, 12, and our budgies Lily and Oscar. For years I’ve dreamed of start my own activity of healthcare with massage, workout, diet guidance, beauty treatment and therapy of growing confidence and internal beauty. I want to be a lecturer that speech to children and young adults, about true friendship and how special that thing really is. Because I’ve self been victim of bully, I’ve learned how to appreciate that very rare thing. In June 2006 I did my examination from the Childcare and Recreation Programme, from Nösnäsgymnasiet in Stenungsund, about 6 miles from Gothenburg. It's a broad education and offers knowledge and competence of the human being, our development phases, needs and crises. In fact you get the opportunity to be a person who actually sees the destination behind the obstructions. Friends and family consider me as stubborn and willful, (sometimes to headstrong for my own good) impulsive and spontaneous, independent, patient and ambitious. Many times I’ve been praise as a conscientious student, and I’ve always put much pressure on schoolwork, to be on top. When I was younger I played both soccer and handball, for many years. But I quit because the teams was broken up. For now I’m working-out in a gym and I also practice Krav Maga, Submission Wrestling and Brazilian Jujutsu, all fighter-sports. I love to read and swim. It’s most historical romance novels that I read, and most fascinated am I about the pirate life at sea, the Scots family conflicts, the magnificent achievement of the knights, and the stories of the cowboys in the Wild West. And their women of course. I also sort of have a very wide passion for film and I love to visit the cinemas. At the moment, since June 2006, I work at an elder care, in Skärhamn called Tubberödshus as a home help, both days, evenings and nights. Linda

Dear Family, My name is Linda, I’m 19 years old, and I come from a market town that lies on an island called Tjörn in Sweden. Because my relatives always have been living here, this place is my family home village. I've travel a lot to Spain before, and have seen places like Torrevieja, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, Guadalest, Alicante, Nerja, Malaga, Granada, and I really like this part of Spain! And the most important thing for Your knowledge concerning me is of course my childcare experience, which I have a lot of. Not only that I’ve the examination from the Childcare Recreation Programme, and worked as a gym leader and leader for confirmation, I’ve also been babysitting for my cousins that for now are two years old. Their names are Hugo and Theo, and they are a couple very cute twins, (boys.) I’ve played and feed them, bathed them and changed diapers. The same thing I’ve done for my other cousins Ida (5 years) and Meya (11 months.) (Girls.) I'm the godmother to Meya and I've been a part of her life ever since she was born. In the future I would love to work with kids so that's why I've decided to work in another country as an Au Pair.
