The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

I want to be an au pair because a lot of reasons: to know a new country, a new culture, new people, new friends! I think this will be an experience that I’ll never forget. My main reason is to improve my English, because here in Brazil if I want a nice job, I have to know to speak English. So, I choice to be au pair because in this way, I can do a lot of things that I like and I need together: to learn more about English and the American culture, to be close with kids, and to make a lot of friends!

My Interests:

Well, like a person I think I can say that I’m responsible and friendly. I always try to do the things in the best way that I can, I hate lies. I’d say too that I’m a very happy person, fun, kind and dependable, and I always try to listen the others people because like a normal person, I can make mistakes too. I’m a very communicative person and I make new friendships quite easy, I am absolutely easy going person although sometimes at first contact, I can seem a little shy. I love to travel, go to the movies, dance, listen music, swim… Go out with friends… Go to the beach…

Dear Family, I’m a brasilian 22 years old, that live with my mother Miriam, my sister Rubia and grandparents Luci and Jose in a city called Sao Sebastiao, I love so much my family and I have a excellent relationship with them, mainly with my mother, who is the most incredible person that already I knew. finished my College last year (2006) where I studied Biology, and I hope now in this year go to USA for some time to make new experiences and to improve my english. I have expierence with 1.6 – 5 years old children because I did volunteer work in a school, and I took care of a 3 years old boy like a day care too. My activities in the school were to help feed them when necessary, to play with them, to give bath, to draw with them, to sing, to dance… Each class there were more or lass 20 children. It was amazing to care for that children because I learned a lot with them and them with me, they were very lovely with me, and I always tryed to answer in the same way to them. I really fallen in love with them! It’s great to feel that somebody needs you. It´s very important for me to feel as a part of your family, because I’ll be far away of my family. I´m open for new activities, another way of life, and who know your family can learn something about Brasilian life, culture, and languade?! I’d love!
