I adore children!!!! And I think the most rewarding thing about working with children is get the chance to see them growing and becoming individuals with their very own personalities...and their own dreams! I know it may sound a little bit melow...but that´s really how I see it!!!!

My Interests:

I´ll do my best to tell you a little about me briefly! My name is Larissa. I am a 21 y/o fun,outgoing and well educated girl from Brazil. I´ve been travelling through europe for quite some time and fell in love with it! So I´d love the opportunity of going back and explore and learn even more Hopefully with the help of your family!!!! I do speak a ´lil french and dutch(more understanding than speaking), so it would be great if I could develop my skills in one of this languages.Even tho I am brazilian, I do speak english very well( no weird accents !!lol), and I am sure I could teach the kids some! Maybe even a ´lil portuguese? In case the kids already speak english then even better!!!! I have a tech high school degree in advertising, graduated in ´02. Attended broadcasting at college, and dropped after 2 short semesters! Not really what I was expecting! After that I worked for IBM Brazil as an I.T. helpdesk support for about 1 year! But again, computers were not really my thing!!!! So I took all my savings and went on a trip to Europe! Bottom line,I am still trying to figure what that "thing" is!!!! I enjoy sports and outdoors activities and also cultural/art related activities, so there will be no problem to find out something to do while kids are out of school! I love pets too! I´m looking for new experiences so cultural or belief differences will be taken as a challenge, and will be used for my personal growth. I believe children should be listened and treated as individuals. They are all special in their own way and they always have something interesting to say! Childhood is a unique time of our lives, full of new experiences and i´m truly looking forward to share those experiences with your family!
