The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

First and foremost, I would like to be an au-pair because I love to work with children. Someday I hope to teach in an elementary school. I’m taking some time off in between high school and college, and I would love to do something in which I can make a difference in the s of children. It is one of my greatest aspirations. Secondly, I would really like to experience a culture different from my own in a different part of the world. I would like to travel, but I would like to do something meaningful in my travels. I really do believe that an au-pair job would allow me to provide care for children and families and also incorporate my desire to travel.

My Interests:

I'm nineteen years old and will be twenty in late December. I have d my whole life in the United States, mostly in New Jersey but also briefly in Massachusetts. I enjoy the arts and social sciences. I love surrealist paintings, ancient Greek architecture, and Renaissance portraits as well. In my spare time I write prose, create music to the best of my ability, paint, draw, read Greek myths and science fiction novels, and decorate clothing.
