The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

I just graduated from high school and want to discover a part of the world before I start going to University next year in Germany. So I wanted to take a brake between high school and University. I also love children. I do not have any brothers or sisters and so it is very nice for me being part of a family with children and taking care of them. But don`t worry I often took care of other little children so I know how play with them but also take care of them and would love to be able to teach them different things and help them with their homework. I really love Australia (I already saw Sydney and Melbourne) because the Australiens are such great and friendly people and both of the cities are so beautiful and it would be so awesome to spend more time in this great country and get to know more people. I think I am going to have a wonderful time here and can´t wait to start working as an Au Pair.

My Interests:

I am a very outgoing person. I like to spend time with my friends and go out to the movies or shopping and stuff or even make new friends and get to know lots of new people. I also like being outside at the beach or in a park or something like that. I play the piano and love watersports, such as surfing and wakeboarding. I am also into social work and have a sponsored child in Egypt and am a member of an organisation helping to improve the environment in Germany called "BUND-Freunde der Erde" (people who love the earth). I like to go into journalism and start going to University next year to study it. I am also very interested in politics and love to read. I have an international driver`s license and would be able to drive around here with a car. My friends often say that I am a responsible person and be always there for them if the need any help.

Family Letter:

Dear family, my name is Ann and I hope to find a loving family here with great children (for six months). I spend half a year in the USA at my junior year in high school as an exchange student and had a very good time there and I am still in contact with some of my friends there and my host family. It is such a great experience going to another country and live with a family. I hope to get the chance to do this here in Australia because I just love Australia. I am already here (right now in Melbourne) and looking for a family in New South Wales or Victoria or Brisbane.
