Dear Sir/Madam, Warm greetings! I am Charie Labindao, 26 years old, single, eldest among the siblings of four. I have earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Philippine School of Business Administration, Manila. Previously, I am working as Accounting Staff in a security company in Malate, Manila. Though I am earning for myself, it is not even enough to spend for my personal needs. I am very interested to apply as “au-pair” in your family and would be grateful if you could accommodate me. I am hardworking, flexible, sincere, honest, persevering, self-motivated and God-fearing. My friends and relatives describes my personality as a charming and sweet person, that’s why it’s easy for me to make friends and having flexible way of life. I would like to broaden my knowledge about other cultures and to interact with people from different walks of life. Previously, I am an au pair in the Netherlands for one year . Taking care of two children one 1 boy four years old and one 1 girl two years old. I am very fond with the two sweet children, although naughty sometimes but my heart melt with their sweetness oftentimes. I really love children that’s why they can easily touched my heart in a simple way. I render 30 hours per week with my current host family. In exchange of my allowance I do household chores like preparing the meals, cooking – i love cooking so much, light house cleaning, folding clean laundry, little ironing, doing the groceries. When my host mother have to work and be out after lunch and arrived late at night and children are already in bed. I baby sit the two children, we used to walk going to supermarket, I cook for our dinner, feeding, bathing, brushing teeth, put pyjama, putting them in bed and reading their favorite bedtime book stories. My host family enrolled me to Dutch Course Language for three months. I studied last Jan. 15 to April 16, 2007. I used bicycle going to school. So now I can easily communicate and understand the children. I can even read books for them which we do oftentimes and we enjoyed it. I always take good care of them as if they are my children. Because I believe in don’t do to others what you don’t want unto you. In the near future im gonna have my own children also, so I always think of good upbringing and nurturing the children. Because for me they are the future generation. I am now CURRENTLY aupair here in BELGIUM i transferred after one year from Netherlands , I take care of 2 girls 8 and 5 yrs. old NOW. They are warm and sweet children and family. What we shared with my current host family is extraordinary and worth remembering. I thank God for having them. They are truly nice and genuine people. When I was in the Philippines my hobbies include reading inspirational and religious books, cooking, playing lawn tennis and bowling. During my spare time, I teach street children at Bahay Kalinga to read and write. I also served as Youth Ministry Coordinator in our parish. I do believe that helping others make me a better person and I also learn from the experience. So I wish I could match again with nice and sweet family that I could feel at home, a family with harmony to serve. My end of contract here is Nov. 12, 2008. I hope to be matched as soon as possible.
