Dear Host Family, First of all I would like o say hello.How do you do?My name is Eliana Mares in english Elaine.I was born on 13th of February 1985,in Romania,in a cityt named Ploiesti near Bucarest.Now I'm 23 years old.after i finished my high-school I applied at 2 university and went to both-psicology and political economy.Unfortunatelly for financial problems I had to give up.I'm a generous person,responsible,honest and humor. In my spare time i like reading,swimming,playing backgammon,chating with my friends all over the world.I love cooking! I come from a warm family.I have one brother and one sister that are much bigger than me.In my new family we only have a dog so far-Freddy,a labrador.He's the greatest dog in the world.We are all very close to eachother and my father would do everything for us that's why I'm very close to him.Beside my mom he's my best firend. For my experience,i have worked as a baby sitter from 2000-2004.I had to take care of the most lovely girl I've ever seen.She was 3 years old when I started and practically she grew up with me.We were together every day for 5 hours a day.As her mom was a single mom,while she was working I was feeding her,taking her out,playing with her and preparing her for the nappy.When she got older and started going to kinder garden I used to go and take her back home.We had the best time ever.She's like a sister to me and they mean a lot to me.We speak all the time since I left Romania and came in Italy with my husband. For me the Au pair programm it's a great opportunity to meet new friends,learn a lot of great things from a native family,and of course exchange italian,romanian and american culture.If I'll have this opportunity when I'll get back home I'd like to continue my studies and get my degree in psichology. For my driving experience,I have my license for 2 years.I am very careful when i drive.I always drive around the city so I am used to many cars and a lot of traffic,and sometimes I go on highways.I have never had an accident so I think you can trust me.
