I have worked with children in a variety of ways and I believe I am very capable of understanding their need, caring for them and providing stimulating activities for them to engage in. I am very interested in music and art and like to draw, paint and be creative in my spare time. I love listening to music and I also play the piano and guitar. Family Letter:

My name is Nisha and I am an Australian Law student currently seeking to live and work in Tokyo. I am taking some time away from my studies and my home city of Perth, Western Australia and I hope to stay in Japan for the rest of 2008. I will arrive in Tokyo in July, at which time I will be available to meet with you, then I return home for a few weeks before moving back to Tokyo to begin work at the start of September. I have studied Japanese in high school and university and am at an intermediate level. I have worked on and off as a babysitter since I was 16 years old. Since starting university in 2004 I have been actively involved in a childrens charity run by students at my university. Every year we participate in various activities with children ranging from ages 5 -12 and we also go on summer camps. On the camps we are directly responsible for a group of 5-6 children. I have participated in these camps for the last 4 years and as a result believe I am very capable of working with and caring for children. I believe I am able to not only supervise the children, but also engage in stimulating activites, help them to learn and develop creative and productive activities to involve them with. I am hoping to find a friendly, welcoming family to work with. I believe I can take care of the children while also helping around the house and in any other ways required. I am very responsible, capable of multi tasking and have a caring and understanding nature which I think is important when working with children.
