The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

Having a chance to make a positive impact on a child's life is one of the great experiences someone could possibly have. Not only does being involved in a child's life a great experience but so the opportunity spend time with their family. One can learn so much from observing and participating in cultures that are different from their own. Through my travels and experiences, I have discovered these experiences through my relationships with people especially that of children and their families have been the most rewarding.

My Interests:

I am a recent university graduate from the University of Oklahoma where I have earned a bachelors of arts in art history and minor in the French language. While I earned my degree, I studied abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France. My passions are traveling, cuisine, culture, reading, history, world politics, horseback riding in general animals, movies, live music and art. Learning about the world, not from a touristic point-of-view, but by the local point-of-view is probably eye opening experiences one can have no preconceptions, all stereotypes and comforts zone are thrown away. I am a very excellent cook and I love having the chance to cook or others. I am very active young woman who has spent the majority of her childhood doing athletics. I have spent several years instructing young children in competitive sports. Education has also been a very important part of my life and plan on continuing my education even if it is in the most unconventional of ways- or rather just experiences. I have spent time in South Africa, interning and studying the fine arts markets. Now, I am learning Afrikaans language. Traveling is a very important part of my life.
