I have planned, arranged, and instructed activities, such as hikes, music, dance/theater performances, various games, exercise, housekeeping, parties, team sports, tent management, swimming, cookouts, art, sailing, first aid, and campfires, to provide wide variety of camping experiences. I have directed activities and taken disciplinary measures in order to provide instruction, care, and structure for children. Also, I babysit for local neighbors and friends in Hopewell and Richmond Virginia. I am willing to help children with homework, make sure the kids bathe, have dinner, and say prayer before bed. Family Letter:

I must tell you that I have worked for one au pair before where it turned out badly. The family wasn't who they said they were and I got stuck in their location and had to have my mother help me return home with money for a $200 bus ticket and $200 in shipping and handling fees that she didn't have. Not only that, but I also wasn't able to take all of my things with me because my mom and I didn't have enough money. The host family still has the rest of my stuff and refuse to give it to me. I went all the way down there and the family didn't hold up their end of the bargain and wanted me to work for 12 weeks without pay and so much more. I refuse to go through that again especially since I am the one who paid to go down there. If you want me to be your au pair, I will sign a legalized contract saying that if you pay for me to come to your house I will arrive there as scheduled. You can also have a background check done on me. I will make sure that I have my passport by the time of my departure. I have nothing to hide and I honestly can say that I am very good at what I do, but I refuse to pay for anymore trips to host families that I do not know personally, and my mother said that she cannot help me out anymore if that happens again. So I would be asking you to pay for the travel arrangements for me to come over there. If not, then I am sorry, but you will have to find a different au pair.
