The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

I have worked with children a lot as my job as a music therapist and i love being around children. I am a very good organiser and believe that I am good with children and can care for them very well. I am going to be travelling for an extended period of time and will be looking for work and while thinking about what kind of job i would like thought that being an au pair would be a lovely experience. I might also not get as home-sick if i am staying with another family! I would like to be an au pair to be a part of a family in another culture and to see how they live and to help them with daily tasks and be their big sister/friend while i am working for them.

My Interests:

I have recently completed my Bachelor of Music and am now a qualified Music Therapist. I love all things music and play piano and guitar and would be happy to tutor my au pair family if they wish. I am a part of a local music theatre company and love being a part of musical productions, both singing and being on stage and being a Musical Director and organising the band and teaching the music to the cast. I love children and people and believe that working with young children/adolescents while i am travelling would be wonderful. I would love to learn a language while I am overseas and would been keen to learn on the job.

Dear family, I have worked as a nanny previously and love the work being around children as i enjoy their company immensely. I am a qualified music therapist who is also a piano and guitar teacher and i would be more than happy to tutor my au pair family in one of these instruments if they like. I am good with children and have good organisational skills and am happy to clean and be a helpful member of the house. I only speak english fluently but would love to learn another language if you prefer another language - i am a fast learner and would be keen to soak up another language!
