The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

Being an au pair during one year would be a great opportunity for me. It would be an amazing adventure. This program will allow me to know another culture, a new country that I only know through the media and to do something that I like, to take care of children and this time in a full time. Thank to this year, I could meet people and speak with different personalities. The goal of this experience is to fit to a family living with us and share an unforgettable moment with them. During this year, I could learn a lot of things since I could take courses in a school, but I could also improve my english it will be great on a professional and personal plan

My Interests:

I don't really know how to introduce me to you but I'll try !! My name is Sabrina. I'm 21 years old. I live in the south of France in Marseilles with my parents. I have also one brother older than me. I'm a young flight assistant. I love to spend my time with my family and my friends to go to the restaurant, to do shopping, to travel... I often travel with my parents in Spain cause my father is Spanish and I also travelled with my friends last year and we want to leave again together this summer maybe in Croatia. I like to learn a news languages. At school I learnt English Spanish and Italian and I try to read some books or watch movies in these languages to not lose my assets. What I like more is to listen music, every time, everywhere as soon as I can !! I am a music addict . So I love to go to the concert, cinema, theater.

Dear Host Family, I looked after children since I was 15 during holidays school and the week before or after school . I looked after children since I was 15 during holidays school and the week before or after school . The children that I took care were between 3 and 11 years old. For example, there was Melody 5, Anthony 8, Solène 6... But I’m telling you only about the most recent. Currently I keep a sister and her brother Lucie 8 and Mattis 6. I am with them 2 or 3 times per week. I take them up to school, I prepare a snack and I help Lucie to do her homework. When the weather is good, we go to the playground near home to do swing, bike or just to play with their friends but when the weather is bad, we draw, we watch TV or we go to the cinema, we play puzzles, we sing or all kind of things. They are very calm and full of life. They are always agree for all kind of activities that I propose. They are sociable, they go easily toward other people. We have a very good relation I also take care of Léa 21 months just one time per week during two hours. I play so much with her and I read her stories before going to sleep. I often go also to the playground with her and I go for a walk in pushchair. I can prepare baby’s bottle, give her bath and change her nappies. She is a little girl very kind, she is also smiling and she never does whims... or rarely !! From January to February, I took care of Enzo, a little boy of 5 years old 1h30 per week until his mother back to home after her work. After school we went to the bakery to buy a snack and we went to the playground to play, but sometimes we came directly at home and I prepared him his snack, often chocolate’s cereal cause he likes it so much ! And we play together at his favourite game SPIDERMAN !! He’s a little boy very active, preste and full of imagination and full of ideas ! I love children and I feel good and comfortable when they are around because they are spontaneous, creative and sensitive ! I think they bring a lot of love and happiness in a family I love to take care of them and teach their a lot of things. I know how to built a good relation of trust and they know they can trust me and confide in me. I think is very important for the children for the parents or for me to know that everybody feels comfortable. When I keep a child, I take my role very seriously. I am very attentive and responsible. Even if I know to keep child is temporary and the parents won’t need me everytime, I like to see them grown up. I am with Lucie and Mattis for a long time now and it’s great to see them change. Mattis learns better and better read, speak and Lucie is a good student, she’s studious at school, she’s mature even if she stays a little girl who like playing with dolls ! I will take care of Lucie, Mattis and Léa until my leaving. I like to make some activities with the children like creating new games, to invent stories, to do role plays, painting, to do modelling clay and once we went Lucie, Mattis and me for a walk at the zoo and they adored to give some feed at the animals. It was a great day. I can take care of children but also all that concern them, namely meals, snack, tidying up their bedroom, help to the homework. I can dress up, take their a bath... Moreover, thank to my training of flight assistant, I know security and safety basis. I can lavish care on.
