The Reasons I Want To Be An Au Pair:

I love children! I have alot of child-care experience, and now I would like to experience another culture and language while doing what I love. I will be studying in Rome with my university's study abroad program, so I want to spend some time in Italy or Europe before my semester begins. I would love to be of help to families who want someone they can come to know and see as part of their family, who they can trust to love and care responsibly for their children.

My Interests:

I am a college student trying to earn money for my studies while experiencing a new culture. I love to travel, read, love sports, especially soccer, hiking, snowboarding and bicycling and any outdoor sports. I want to be an artist someday, and love to paint and draw, and also enjoy dancing and singing. I am creative, fun and love to laugh and make others laugh. I work hard and am interested in new cultures and languages. I have been a line-chef cooking/ baking in a restaurant for 2 years, I am currently a house-cleaner for an elderly couple, and I nanny for my professor's 4 children. I have been nannying for 8 years and have excellent references. I volunteered in India teaching and caring for handicapped children. I adapt easily to new situations and am rarely overwhelmed.
