I believe that this is a great oppurtunity to see experiance England through the eyes of a local as opposed to what a tourist might experiance. All the while working with children will make the experiance even more enjoyable. I love children. I come from a large family of 7 and have numerous cousins and neices. So all my life Iv been with children.

Hi Ya'll! Im from New Orleans Louisiana. I guess you could call me your typical southern girl. I like to describe myself as a passionate and free spirited peron. But I am also well organized! Iv had numerous first aid trainings and trainings specializing in child emergenicies. I enjoy playing with children. I used to help watch children at the local church. I would help organize activites, prepare lunches and teach lessons. I have been doing child care since I was 12. I have 3 younger siblings so really all my life I have been watching after younger children. I am a very independent person. my parents taught me to be courteous and kind to everyone. Growing up I was in many ettiquette classes. I have been traveling since I was a little girl. My mother is from the country. Her family has a dairy farm in Louisiana. And my father is from the city of Miami. Growing up I lived in both the city and the country. So I have a love for both. I have a huge passion for learning about other cultures. I come from a multi-cultueral family. my father is Cuban and Jewish. my mother is Irish and French. And I have cousins in Jordan and Isreal. I appreciate and enjoy all the fine arts. Poetry, opera, ballet, paintings and music! Because I grew up with older brothers there is a tom boy side of me. I truely enjoy going outside and playing in the mountains. Camping, rock climbing, 4 wheeling, tubing on the river and football. I am an optomist. I like to find the good in everyone and everything. Another thing, being a hurricane Katrina survivor I have learned that life doesnt always go according to plans. I have learned how to cope and maintain organization, grace and composure when life throws its chaos at you!
