I expect the au pair to show initiative and to just pitch in and help out without being asked. It would be helpful if the au pair could help with preparing meals, and clearing up after them and also help out with the household cleaning.

Family Description:

We are a happy, friendly but busy family. I have a son aged 5, a girl nearly 4, a son aged 20 months and am expecting my 4th child in August. The children are quite independent and I like to think pretty well behaved, for kids! they are great at entertaining themselves but also lots of fun can be had by joining in their games.
