What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

We are looking for a fun, flexible au pair to help support our busy family. The children are all at school from August 08. As our au pair you will be required to help with busy breakfast and some bathtimes. General light household jobs relating to care of the children.e.g. making childrens beds,tidy up playroom, some childrens ironing. You will help with taking the children to/from school occasionally or be asked to care for one of the children when they need to stay home due to minor illness. Entertaining the children sometimes by playing in the park,riding bikes, crafts, swimming etc.Weekends and some school holidays are free time for the au pair providing an opportunity to travel. There are many opportunities for language schools/courses- nearby. The closest is about 10 minutes away

We are a british expatriate family living in North East Switzerland with good public transport links to zurich and other large towns. Although we are native English speakers, we also speak German and French. We enjoy an outdoor lifestyle including swimming,skiing, sailing hot air balloning and relaxing in our garden. Both parents work full time and Andy dad is often working overseas. So with 3 small children we sometimes need another pair of helping hands around. We are quite relaxed and easygoing and would welcome an au pair who would be part of our family. The au pair will have their own double bedroom with satalite TV, small fridge,coffee machine,kettle, computer use with unlimited internet access. Negotiated use of car for personal use. All medical and accident insurance costs will be paid by family. Salary 1300 swiss francs per month pocket money above benefits.
