Dad is a physician obstetrics and gynecology, mom is a nurse works with dad - both work very long hours and are unable to spend very much time at home. Jennifer will be quitting work to raise our child, but we are interested in getting some help.

We are having our first baby, a little girl, in just a few weeks and we will be getting an Au Pair to help. Jennifer, the mom, is American but she is 100 Italian by genetics and she wants to improve her Italian skills. We are close to New Orleans, Louisiana as well.
