What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

Our two daughters are at boarding school, so during term time, our au pair looks after our two labrador dogs who live outside, our house and us. You need to be a self-starter, and make friends easily, as we live in a small village in the countryside.

My husband and I both work in London or abroad. He is partner in a private equity company and I am CEO of a biofuels company. Our girls love horse riding, fencing, tennis, and all sports generally. They have two ponies at a riding stables nearby. We travel widely and love Africa particularly.

Au Pair Letter:

Dear au pair, We live in the English countryside and are looking for an additional member of the family to look after our daughters and our two dogs. We provide a car, double ensuite room with wireless web access throughout the house. Weekends are generally free, though sometimes we work late in London or are both travelling. However, with our girls at boarding school, duties are generally light during term time. Our girls are delightful that's based on feedback from others, not just a fond Mum speaking!, fairly tidy and helpful. We look forward to hearing from you!
