We expect a friendly and outgoing personality and someone who woud not stress at the slightest little thing. We are seeking the au paire to blend in with the family more than employer/employee relationship. The aur paire is to get the children ready for school, assist with homework, bathing of the children and cook dinner for the children. Basic cleaning is also an optin but not a requirement.
