Dear aupair, For three years now we're working with aupairs and this gives me a lot for the kids but also for myself and for the aupair in return. The schedule is not that hard, I'm very flexible but do need someone who looks after them and I can trust. An aupair that knows what it is to be away from home, makes friends easily and loves to travel around. I'm not the kind of parent that would like to do everything with the aupair with the kids.
