What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

Would you like to explore Europe from the heart of a loving family? We are looking for an enthousiastic, warm and caring au pair who can keep up with the pace of our 3 school age boys and who would love to become part of our family. We are looking for a laidback and sporty personality. The au pair is expected to take the boys to and from school, sports and friends. We expect the au pair to keep her own room tidy and also to help the boys with their rooms. There will be some light household duties involved like cooking and ironing. Some occasional evening baby sitting. At least 2 out of 4 weekends off from Friday morning till Sunday night. It is necessary that you can ride a bike and know how to swim. We are looking for an English native speaking au pair who need to have the nationalities and age as stated due to Visa regulations.

Family Description:

We are an active family with a busy work and social life. We are laid back and value family life. Although dual career family both mum and dad are highly involved in the childrens' life. Jasper is 10 and very active sports player field hockey and tennis Bent 7 is a bit more quiet but very sweet and always willing to help. He also plays tennis and hockey. Olivier is the benjamin 4 and he is just starting school. He is adorable and your best friend in no time. All of them fully understand English and also speak it in various degrees. Last addition to the family is a Labradoodle pup Bickel. We also have 2 rabbits Snuffie and Nijntje who are held in the garden.

Au Pair Letter:

We have had an au pair for the last 4,5 years of which the last one stayed for 3 years. Some even stayed longer than at first agreed because they liked it so much. We love to have an au pair as part of our family because we feel this is an excellent way to learn from each others culture and background. We see this as very valuable for us and for our children. Our current au pair is available to talk to you to give some more information. We would lend you one of our cars occassionally. We are living in an affluent part of the Netherlands that is close to most Dutch Cities, but also Germany, UK and Belgium. There are many au pairs in our neighbourhood. You will have your own room and bathroom and bike. You will have free board and we will pay for mobile phone allowance, return flight and health insurance. We will also pay for a Dutch language course. If you invest in thousands of miles getting here and take care of our children well, our family goes the extra mile for you.
