What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

We actually want mostly a housekeeper with only occasional childcare. Our daughter is in school half days and has a stay at home mom. We will need childcare if we need to go out in the evenings or on weekends and holidays. Also, once a month the au pair will be expected to stay with our daughter for a weekend while her mother travels outside the country.
