What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

Visa or right to work in Portugal i.e European passport.You will do a mixture of child minding and housework.I run a small beauty business from home so will need support whilst I manage clients. The days will flexible and there will be plenty of time to explore cascais and Lisbon.The trains are great and there is a 5 minute bus journey into town from our house.Hours of work are from 6am till 6pm flexible hours are a must although the total number of working hours per day is about 6-8 hours. The busy times are mornings and evenings so support during this time is essential. There will be 2 days off per week on Sunday and Monday.There will be light house work and laundry including ironing as well as childcare although this will be divded with myself.

Family Description:

Paul aged 46 works for contruction co. Lisa aged 35 trained as a beauty therapist. Jack aged 4 who attends the local school, and charlotte aged 18 months .We are a British family living in portugal 5 mins from beach.We will provide you with your own private quarters including large bedroom/living area with tv/video laptop and internet access.You will have your own bathroom next to the bedroom which is on its own floor over looking the pool.Our home is large so there will be plenty of space to relax in the evenings.

Hello We are the Bailey family.We are British and looking for an au pair/nanny to join our family for a period of 5 months. We live in a lovely holiday town just south of Lisbon in Portugal. The period will run from june/july till October.The role as our nanny is to assist with looking after our two children jack and charlotte,some light cleaning,ironing and sometimes cooking. Babysitting will also be required in the evenings on Friday or Saturday when my husband and I often go out for dinner.We are looking for someone who will become part of our family,who will love our children as we do.Photos are available on request as we seem to have an issue with uploading the photos onto the site.
