What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

FRENCH Préparer Kim pour l’école si nous sommes déjà partis au travail et lui préparer un petit repas pour midi lorsque nous ne pouvons pas rentrer à la maison. S’occuper de lui le mercredi après-midi et pendant les vacances scolaires. Les tâches ménagères consistent principalement à: aider à préparer les repas si tu aimes faire la cuisine, c’est avec plaisir que nous te laisserons préparer un repas de temps en temps, faire quelques commissions, ranger la cuisine et faire un peu de repassage. Il n’y a pas de gros travaux de nettoyage, car nous avons une femme de ménage qui vient chaque semaine. Nous parlons allemand, français et anglais. Notre fils parle allemand et français et fait sa scolarité en allemand. Nous parlons français à la maison et souhaitons que l’au pair parle français avec notre fils. Si l’au pair peu aussi lui apprendre un peu d’anglais, ce serait un avantage. ENGLISH Get Kim ready for school if we have already left for work and prepare a light lunch when we are unable to come back home. You will have to look for him on Wednesday afternoon and during school holiday. House work will principally consist of: help prepare meals if you enjoy cooking, we will of course let you prepare a meal from time to time, help for shopping, do some ironing. There is no big cleaning work, as we have a cleaning lady coming each week. We speak German, French and English. Our son speaks German and French and do school in German. We speak French at home and wish an au pair who speaks French with our son. It would be an advantage if the au pair could teach him some English.

FRENCH Nous sommes une famille avec un enfant né en 2000. Nous sommes ouverts, spontanés, sportifs et flexibles. Nous habitons à Davos, une station de ski en Suisse. Claudio travaille à 100 et Mary 80. Nous travaillons les deux pour une fondation qui s’occupe de recherche et développement dans le domaine médical. Nous sommes chargés de l’organisation de congrès et cours pour chirurgiens. A part novembre et décembre où nous sommes très absorbés par les congrès que nous organisons à Davos, nous sommes flexibles dans notre emploi du temps. Kim né en 2000 est un enfant plein d’énergie, il est facile et sociable. Il est toujours de bonne humeur et enthousiaste. Il joue beaucoup dehors, va 2 fois par semaine jouer au hockey de mi-aout à fin mars et a un après-midi de ski par semaine avec l’OJ pendant l’hiver. Il prend aussi des leçons de piano. Kim a 2 cochons d’inde. Nos hobbies sont: ski, ski de fond, ski de randonnée, balade en montagne, VTT, voyager. ENGLISH We are a family with one child born in 2000. Beside November and December when we are both quite busy with congress organisation in Davos, we are very flexible with our schedule. Kim born in 2000 is a child with lot of energy he is easy going and sociable. He has always good mood and is enthusiastic. He plays a lot outside, trains twice a week ice-hockey from mid-August to March and has one skiing afternoon a week during winter. He also takes piano lessons. He has 2 guinea pigs. Our hobbies are: ski, cross country skiing, ski touring, hiking, biking, travelling
