What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

Until January 2008 we would require the aupair to be a Mothers help carrying out light housework for 1 1/2 hrs per day. General supervision of the children and occassional babysitting. In January 2008 we would require the aupair to carry out normal aupair duties for 3 days per week for 5 hours per day. Most importantly we would like you to enjoy your stay with us and be part of our family.

My Name is James and I am 32 years old. I am married to Sam who is 31 years old. We have 3 children a son called Macauley who is 11 years old, a daughter called Morgan who is 9 years old and a son called Mason who is 3 months old. We also have a dog named Hollie. We live in a 4 bedroomed semi detached house in a nice area which has fantastic views which is 1 mile away from our nearest shopping centre. I work in an I.T company as a consultant and Sam work for a Bank as a Business Development Manager. Macauley is due to start High school in September. He likes computers, rugby and spending time with his friends. Morgan is also in school she likes horse riding, art and crafts and also spending time with her friends. Mason is only 3 months old but is a very good baby.

Dear Aupair Thank you for taking the time to read our profile. We are looking for a trustworthy, loyal person who will enjoy spending time with us as part of our family. We live in a nice town called Cwmbran in South wales which has many facilities such as a gymnasium, cinema, library, parks, swimming pool, restaurants/cafes, bars and a large shopping centre. We live 10 minuets away from our nearest city of Newport and 30 minuets from our capital city Cardiff. We have several colleges within our locality but the one where our previous aupirs have attended to do an English course (Esol) is based in Newport city centre which is a short bus ride away. We live in a nice 4 bedroomed house in a lovely area. In your bedroom you will have use of a laptop with broadband internet access, T.V, music etc. As a family we enjoy spending time together going out to eat, bowling, cinema and mostly we love travelling within the UK and holidaying abroad. We have had aupairs now since our daughter Morgan was 2 years of age (7 years) so we feel we understand the issues that you may face when you are moving away from home. We will do everything we can to ensure that you are welcomed into our home, family and group of friends.
