Family Description:

Satu is returning to work from parental leave. Juuso is starting in a pre-school and Ina is starting in a day-care. Tapio works for a Finnish high-tech company and duties require some travelling.

Au Pair Letter:

Hello Au-Pairs, with us your work would mainly include taking children to pre-school and day-care and picking them up from there. Both the pre-school and day-care are part time ones so you'd be also keeping company to children at home. Both Juuso and Ina have friends in neighborhood and the area is safe for children to play outdoors. Both Satu and Tapio do sports 1 - 2 evenings a week. Most of the time they are not overlapping so we are not expecting you to do baby sitting in the evenings too often. We still wish that we'd be able to go to cinema and wining&dining sometimes ;). We like to host our friends and quite often they are staying over the weekend at our home. We haven't had an au-pair earlier, but as we have travelled a lot and lived abroad we believe that we can find ways to make you feel like home. Turku area is known for the archipelago. Universities are hosting numerous exchange students and connections to Helsinki and Stockholm are very convenient. We believe that we can offer you a good change to learn about Finland.
