What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

Dear Aupair, we would like you to help us as follows: Niklas (10, light disabled): - helping with eating - helping with getting dressed/undressed - helping with washing - helping with the toilet - playing puzzles, lego etc. with Niklas Benjamin (6): - Playing with him - Helping him a bit with homework

Family Description:

To me, our two boys are real sunshines. They are uncomplicated and fun. With Niklas one need quite some patience but he is very tender and cute. He is 10 years old but is rather (due to his light handicap around 4 years old. And though Benji (his younger brother) sometime plays the big brother. How we are as a family? You probably need to talk to our neíghbours/friends. We are very much caring and would like our guest to feel well in our house.

Au Pair Letter:

Dear Au-pair, we are a German (father) - Peruvian (mother) family, having lived before in Germany, The Netherlands and now in Switzerland since October 2006 (due to the job). Our both boys, aged 6 and 10, go to school already (most of the days till 15.00). Benjamin attends an International school and speaks English, German and some Spanish. Niklas attends a handicapped school since due to a cardiac defeat he is light disabled. He walks and communicates, but still need some steer in eating, changing and going to the toilet (still wears diappers). We live in a house in an suburban area, being part of Winterthur (30 minutes from Zurich). The work is not that easy (a lot of patience is needed), but mainly in the afternoons and holiday periods. Since we have just moved to Switzerland we are very curious in exploring the country and would be very happy to do this together with you. Our kids are used to aupairs and as much looking forwards as we do to have someone again with us.
