What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

Taking care of the children, taking them to daycare, fetching them in the afternoon, some cooking and housecleaning, now and then watching the kids in the evening when both parents occupied, most weekends free, when working some of the days in the weekend you will have a free wednesday instead. Children will attend daycare 3-4 times a week until summer, then in the autumn they will be 4-5 day a week at daycare. You will be free some hours in the middle of the day and most evenings.

Family Description:

We are a family of four, mother(44), father(50) and twin daughters(26 months). We also have a small dog living with the family. As both mother and father are working long hours, we need help with the children and the household. We are living on a farm outside Varberg in an area with great natural beauty, appr. 80 km south of Gothenburg. We got 20 km to the city Varberg, and appr. 15 km to the nearest beach. 5 km to the nearest village. 2 km to the nearest lake. The father in the family works full time at the farm, with livestock, agriculture and forestry, during spring and autumn he has scarce time for family-life. Mother works full time in Gothenburg as engineer and leaves the home at 6 o’clock am and returns about 5 o’clock pm, this spring she still stays home 1 day a week to take care of the children, but in the autumn she will be working 5 days a week.

We are a family of four, mother (44), father (50) and twin daughters born in june 2005. We also have a small dog living with the family. We are looking for help as soon as possible of someone, preferably from within the EU, that loves children, don´t mind some housecleaning and cooking and speaks good English. We are living on a farm outside Varberg in an area with great natural beauty, appr. 80 km south of Gothenburg. Drivning licence is essential as we live on the countryside, there are also bicycles available. Mother and father in the family understands some German and French. There are Swedish language classes available in Varberg, and Varberg is a very popular city for people on holiday during the summer. Several beaches to choose between and good opportunities for windsurfing. In summer there are outdoor concerts in Varberg that are quite popular. It is easy to go by train from Varberg to Gothenburg, the 2:nd largest city of Sweden.
