What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

We expect our au pair to bring the kids to school in the morning and to take care of them after school some days. On average 1 baby-sitting per week (we agree on the best day together, so that everybody cna go out!).

Family Description:

We have 2 adorable sons of 3 (Nicolas) & 6 (Alexandre) year old. They are very happy & sportive kids (tennis, ski & judo). They love animals & stories and play a lot one with another. My husband is working & I am starting a new activity on a consultant basis.

Au Pair Letter:

Mon mari (Michael, qui est néerlandais) et moi-même (je suis française) avons 2 enfants (les plus adorables, superbes etc etc…): Alexandre a 6 ans et Nicolas a 3 ans. Alexandre est d’un naturel calme et patient. Il adore les animaux et pratique le tennis et le judo. Il dessine aussi beaucoup! Alexandre va à l’école française et il a beaucoup d’amis! Il est également scolarisé la section bilingue de l’école maternelle du Lycée International et c’est la raison pour laquelle nous souhaiterions que tu lui parles néerlandais. Nicolas est un bébé toujours heureux: il sourit presque en permanence et adore jouer au foot. Il a un solide appétit et adore prendre son bain et copier tout ce que fait son frère ou lui faire de gros bisous. Il va à la crèche une partie de la semaine. Mon mari, Michael travaille 5 jours/semaine et moi je suis pour l’instant en congé parental. Le programme de garde est très léger, du fait de ma disponibilité: Tu auras bien-sûr ta chambre, ainsi qu’une salle de bain privative. 1 Soir de BBsitting sont à prévoir par semaine (on en décidera ensemble selon tes sorties prévues bien-sûr). Nous avons déjà accueilli 2 charmantes jeunes filles cette année et l’année dernière et tout s’est très bien passé. Notre rythme est celui d’une famille française: càd 2 repas chauds par jour et plus tard qu’aux Pays-Bas (nous aimons bien manger). Nous recevons souvent à dîner nos amis et aimons aller voir des expos de peinture/sculpture / des films au cinéma. Nous habitons à Fourqueux, un petit village qui touche Saint Germain-en-Laye. Pour aller à Paris, je prends un bus (20 min) + le RER A (20 min) pour aller jusqu’à Etoile par exemple.
