What We Expect From Our Au Pair:
|
We want our daughter to grow up bilingual. So we look for a nice, responsible child loving girl whose mother tongue is English. We donīt expect a cheap housekeeper, but as I will start working next year, you will have to do part of my housewife-job which will be light housework like cooking lunch (for 7 persons including you), afterwards cleaning the kitchen, ironing, ... and of course caring for Elena. You need not already be able to cook, but be willing to learn it. Your work time would be monday to friday from 8am to 1pm. So all afternoons, evenings and weekends would be off. We donīt expect any language skills as we speak English, but in order to get a German visa you have to prove in a test that you have basic knowledge of the language.

Family Description:
|
We are a very hospitable three-generation-household near Regensburg:
Elena (2), Simone (30), Hans (31), Hansī parents Erna (58) and Hans sen. (66) and Hansīsister Elisabeth (18). We run a family business in the civil engineering branch. Our office is in our house, so there would always be somebody to help you.
Elena is our little sunshine. She is a cute girl who loves her books, playing outside and go riding on Moritz, our tiny shetland pony. We want to raise her bilingual, so we are looking for a native speaker in English.
My husband and I used to travel a lot before Elena came, so we are used to coming to know different cultures and we would like to show you ours and our sights.
