What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

We are looking for a kind and trustworthy Aupair that looks after our kids when we have to work. Maybe we'll ask you every now and then to help a bit in the household but your main job will be to take care of the kids, take them to kindergarten, take them for a walk and play with them.

Family Description:

We are a young (30, 27, 4,2)and happy family.Anna-Leonie is 4 years old and goes to kindergarten which she enjoys a lot.She's really cute girl that is curious for everything. She loves her little brother Kimi-David (2)a lot but she can (of course) be also very naughty to him. The kids are very outgoing and friendly.And (that'll make it easier for you)they already understand English because we used to have a childminder that that exclusively talked English to them. Anna just starts talking some words and they really love their English picture books like Thomas the tankengine. Stefan is an IT-specialist that has to work outside the office every now and then for a week or two. I'm a teacher for secondary school and teach the subjects English, History, Art and Biology. I work part time at the moment (and will keep to this). Even though we are young we have a deep sense of responsibility.

Au Pair Letter:

Dear Aupair! We're looking for a nice Aupair for our two cute kids Anna-Leonie (4) and Kimi-David (2). We, that is also Stefan (30) and me Anja (27). My husband is an IT-specialist that has to travel from time to time for some weeks. I'm a teacher at a secondary school for English, History, Art and Biology and work part time. At the moment our kids go to kindergartens where they can stay from 7 to 5. But even though this seems to be a long time it sometimes isn't enough when I've got conferences. But usually I pick the kids up hours before the kindergarten closes. So as you see we have to pay a lot of money but we would need more flexible hours. But this is just one point why we're looking for an Aupair. I got the kids while I was studying. So they stayed with a friend of the family for the time of my seminars. Renate just spoke English to them so they already understand it and love especially Thomas the tankengine. I'd really like to get them deeper into English. In our house you'll find a nice and sunny room (which we are renovating at the moment) and you would have your own bathroom, internet connection and TV. Germany recently has changed visa conditions for non-EU members. That means that you would have to pass a German test before you're allowed to work for 12 months as an Aupair.
