What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

Our aupair will need to have an international drivers licence if coming from another country,clean driving record, know the road rules for living in australia, be very confident in driving in a lot of traffic. We will need you to pick up the kids from school Mon-Fri. 3 days of the week after school you will need the get them ready for after school sports and drive them,wait for them to finish and bring them home again. We will need you to help with preparing dinner some nights and sometimes start to cook. I am usually home about 4.30-5pm each day. Weekends you will have to yourself and you will be included in any family outings and holidays. You need to have common sense and good communication skills, not scared to ask questions if unsure about something and enjoy spending time with the kids and making conversation with them.

Family Description:

Son is 10 and daughter is 8yrs old. They are both very easy to talk to and will take a liking to you very quickly as long as you make the effort to speak with them and get the know them better. They will like to play board games with you and sometimes outdoor sport in the back yard, or just a walk to the park near our house. Daughter is into dancing and music and son is into cricket and soccer.

Au Pair Letter:

We need someone who will fit in with the family quickly, who is not shy, enjoys conversation and getting to know the family and also telling us about they're family. You must know how to cook, italian dishes would be great, but you must have knowledge of cooking some meals for the family. I will help you at first and have instructions written on how to cook things so it will be very easy to follow. I have a timetable also with the times the kids must wake in the morning and what needs to be done each day,the times they finish school and start their after school sports.You will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with the kids, you bedroom had a large wardrobe, draws, television, dvd player, radio/cd player and fan. The house has air-conditioning for summer and heating for winter. You will have your own car to drive the children around and own laptop to keep in touch with family and friends while you are here.If you are easy to get along with people and don't take long to get used to new surroundings please send us an email and I will be in touch soon.
