Family Description:

We are a lively, noisy, eccentric family. Probably irritating at times :- The children are fun to be with and endearing. Carl lives in the UK and despite now also having a more conventional job, is also a musical composer. I'm a total brainiac, writing books and articles non stop. Our family is bilingual. Carl is British. I have dual nationality French and British. The eldest understand English but don't speak it much. The youngest are bilingual.

Au Pair Letter:

Dear au pair We hope you will feel at ease in our big family. If you come from one, you know what I mean ! We live in a big city where activities are numerous and public transports nearby and easy to use. We also have a 5th 'child', who now is 20 she who could take you out and show you around town. Should you want to take language classes they are nearby. If you only want to come to France as a tourist for a few weeks and not learn the language that's fine too, because we are Franco-English Carl is British, I have dual nationality. You won't have to take care of the younger one nowx nearly 19 months- except for a few hours at a time - because I take him to work with me - yes indeed ! told you we were eccentric !
