What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

He shouldīnt see it only as his job to be with- and care for a 7 year old, but have fun to be around him..still young enough to play and be silly but old enough to take care of him, prepare him for school, take him to bed and be alone with him while i canīt be there.

Family Description:

I am 35 and my son Tom is 7 and in the 2nd schoolclass. He is very open and easy to handle-more the loud and funny kind than the nice and quiet..we live without his father almost from beginning on and came along very well on ourselves. He likes sports and music and gets l essons in rugby, judo, drumset and piano..(sounds much but is only 1 hour each a week all very close to us..)

Au Pair Letter:

The problem-why we need an au pair-is that i work as a make-up artist/freelancer for TV+Photo business and have to travel a lot.We couldnīt afford a nanny or a sitter because when i have to work i mostly have to stay over night up to a week.We need someone who fits and lives with us like a friend and does everything i would do when i canīt be there. We offer open mids,a very nice area in a trendy and crowdy street in Berlin, no strikt rules or cleaning scedule,TV,internet and a very nice 87squaremeter flat.We can exchange spanish/portugese and german language to each other or help us out in english. There are many different nationalities around here and we like it that way.We thougt about a southamerican because we have friends from there.I think the position of children is more taken for granted and easy than in germany. They seem to have more fun with them over there and thats what we need most after all. Please contact only when you think you really fit in and tell us why.
