What We Expect From Our Au Pair:

We would like you to be clean, tidy, flexible, polite, friendly, fun and fit for work. You are free during the day to do whatever you like. We would be happy to help you to find language courses or talk to you about the places of interest to see in our town. Most of us have lived in different countries and know it will be lonely at times, we do understand that you may have good days and bad days as we all do, but we are here to help you and want you to know you can feel free to talk through your doubts or problems with us.

Family Description:

We live in a big villa in Chianti, half an hour from Florence and half an hour from Siena. We'll give the au pair the company's car to drive around. We are wine producers and we offer room and bathroom

Au Pair Letter:

Dear au pair, our family lives in Panzano in Chianti in a beautiful countryside house and we produce wine. We live 30 minutes away from both Siena and Florence. We have a boy, Giorgio who is 5 years old and a 3 year old daughter named Carla. You will have your own room and bathroom which will be for the first months situated in a depandance only 10 meters from our house (in a few months we are starting the enlargment works of our house) We ask for more or less the following working hours: Monday, wednesday and friday from 8,00- 9,30 and from 16,00- 21,00 Tuesday and thursday from 9,00-21,00 with 2 hours break Saturday from 9,00- 14,00 Saturday afternoon and Sunday free Plus 2 evenings per week of babysitting. For the 3 summer months (June, July, August) From 9,00 – 21,00 with 2 hours break Plus 2 evenings of babysitting per week You will be able to use the company’s car to move around. We are looking for a dinamic and responsible person, someone who is polite and precise, who loves children and is willing to keep teir things tidy, able to cook their meals, to take care of their bath and clothes. We have a person who is charged to cleans the house so yoy would not be expected to do that, what we ask for is a normal help in family routine moments such as preparing the table, helping cleaning up. It is very important that the au pairloves the countryside lifestyle and that she’s able to drive the car (with manual changing gears) and she’s able to swim as we have a swimming pool. We would like for the au pair to stay at least for one year if everything works out well on both sides, and we would like to have her also during holidays, also during Christmas. She will be able to take some days off in another moment of the year to visit home. I really intend to say she will always be treated with respect and warmth within our family.
